UK Mainland, (excluding Northern & Southern Ireland):
Orders Under £200.00 will be set with a standard delivery charge of £8.00.
Orders Over £200.00 will have free delivery.
Where possible we will send all orders with a next day service, provided items are ordered before 3.30PM.
Next day delivery will depend on current stock and availability - we do endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Eire, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands typical delivery times are between 1 and 3 days, depending on your exact location additional shipping costs may be required.
Delivery to EU member states will typically take between 2-4 working days, delivery cost is weight based.
USA and rest Of World:
Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to reach you and may be subject to additional charges and / or import duty - this may be paid to the courier company or local authority to release goods from customs or may be paid directly to the courier in advance or on delivery of goods in some instances.
Small items e.g. Connectors:
These are charged at standard weight prices from Royal Mail and will be sent on a 1-3 day’s delivery. Please note these will be despatched via Royal Mail with a sign for service.
In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock we will call you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order, or cancel, in this situation you will receive an email marked: 'Awaiting Despatch'
If the item ordered is indeed out of stock, you will be automatically upgrade to the fastest shipping method available as soon as the item arrives in stock.

Order Codes And Real Time Tracking:
Here at Selnet, we will keep you up to date on your orders with email notification and / or text message once the package is booked with the courier this is generally automated.
Typically we will use order codes to denote the status of your order, normally one of 4 states unless special instructions have been given by a customer:
Pending – Order has been placed and is waiting to be processed by warehouse staff.
Awaiting Despatch – Goods are boxed and waiting collection by courier.
Back Order – Goods not in stock, (whole order or particular items being out of stock can hold up an order, an ETA will also be present in this event) and you will normally have the option to wait, cancel or amend the order.
Shipped – All Items have been passed to the courier and are on their way to your chosen delivery address, tracking information will be auctioned to your email and / or mobile phone number if provided.
