Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition, as detailed below:
- Returns should be made within 7 days.
- The items must be in the original condition and original packaging with any security seals intact.
- All accessories must also be included.
- If we do not receive the item we cannot refund you or replace it, so we recommend you use an insured mail service or tracked courier.
- Please include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number.
- Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or offer a partial refund for the loss or damage caused.
Products we are Unable to Refund or Exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products.
Under the Consumer Protection, (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) You can cancel your order from the moment you place your order with us up to seven working days from the day after you receive it.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
If a product is simply unwanted, ordered in error, found to be not compatible with your equipment or for any other reason other than a failure or damage, return of the equipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
