Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by calling 01297 34946 and obtaining a returns number.

Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a return authorisation number and in their original packaging and condition you will be refunded the price paid within 7 days from the date on which we received the goods. All returns are to be sent to F.A.O Website Returns, Selnet Co Limited, Vale Lane Works, Vale Lane, Axminster, Devon EX13 5PX. At the buyer’s own cost and risk.

The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above:

Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Selnet Co Limited’s discretion and with prior written agreement.

Goods over 30 days old will not be accepted for refund.

Goods that are not in their original packaging and condition are excluded.

Delivery charges are excluded.

Selnet Co Limited do not operate a "sale or return" policy.

Any goods with cut cables, or any modifications of any kind will be rejected by our warehouse and you will not be eligible for a refund.

All warranties exclude product misuse, improper installation and acts of God i.e. lightening strikes.

Selnet Co Limited are not responsible for networking any DVR. If buying a DVR or NVR please make sure you have a qualified IT person to network the DVR for you. We cannot be held responsible for failure to network and will not accept any NVR or DVR back due to this. 

Limited technical support is availible for this networking issue on request. 

 

Returns procedure:
If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Selnet Co Limited and for providing proof of delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
 

Faulty Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product. Please call 01297 34500 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us.

The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. All returns are to be sent to Selnet Co Limited at the buyer’s own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Selnet Co Limited is not covered by the product warranty.

You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 5 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. The unused goods must be returned as originally packaged at the customer’s expense. You must still apply for a returns number as described above. We may charge 5% of the total order to cover our administration charges. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
