Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to input your invoice/delivery address and payment details.

We accept all major debit and credit cards - however please be aware that a 2.5% surcharge applies on payments by American Express. 


Shipping And Handling

All deliveries are insured and have to be signed for, if no one is available to sign for your delivery you will be left a calling card with contact details for rearranging delivery at a more convenient time.

Please allow extra 5 working days for cheque clearance if paying by cheque. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be notified by post, fax or email within 72 hrs of signing for the delivery, any claims for shortages or damages reported after this time limit will not be accepted.


Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock we will call you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order, or cancel.


Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.


Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.



All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse)

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. 

We do not store or share any financial information with third parties. 


Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by calling 01297 34500 and obtaining a returns number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a return authorisation number and in their original packaging and condition you will be refunded the price paid within 7 days from the date on which we received the goods. All returns are to be sent to F.A.O Website Returns, Selnet Co Limited, Unit 6A Seymours Yard Weycroft Avenue Axminster Devon EX13 5TQ. At the buyer’s own cost and risk.

The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above:

Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within 30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Selnet Co Limited discretion and with prior written agreement.

Goods over 30 days old will not be accepted for refund.

Goods that are not in their original packaging and condition are excluded.

Delivery charges are excluded.

Selnet Co Limited do not operate a "sale or return" policy.

Any goods with cut cables, or any modifications of any kind will be rejected by our warehouse and you will not be eligible for a refund.

All warranties exclude product misuse, improper installation and acts of God i.e. lightening strikes.

Selnet Co Limited are not responsible for networking any DVR or NVR recorders, and we will not configure your network products for you - we do provide full technical support of how to do this on request.

If buying a DVR / NVR please make sure you have a qualified IT person to network the recorder for you. We cannot be held responsible for failure to network and will not accept any recorder back due to this issue. 


Returns procedure:
If you would like to make a return, please call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Selnet Co Limited and for providing proof of delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.

Faulty Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product.

Please call 01297 34500 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us.
